Got my script in the mail from Bridget. Saturday's readthrough was postponed for schedule conflicts, so I expect we won't get started until the new year. Since I've only got ten pages of scenes, I'm going to try to come in to rehearsal off book.

The new concert pavilion construction project for Strathmore Hall is in danger of being shut down for lack of $9.6 million in funds. No one wants to pick up the tab for cost overruns, a fate that, I suspect, will befall other area performing arts buildings on the drawing boards. The attitude of the Montgomery County council seems to be, "let big business pay for it."
