Cracking dialogue from Jo Eisinger, screenwriter for Crime of Passion (1957). In the opening scene, Barbara Stanwyck plays Kathy Ferguson, agony aunt for a San Francisco newspaper.
SAM: "Worried Mother." "Bewildered." "Frightened." "Tempted." "Broken-hearted." "Tormented." [?] Don't you ever get any of these things signed "Radiant"? "Euphoric"? "Tickled Pink"? I mean, there's gotta be some happy people left in San Francisco.
