Life in a Northern Virginia suburb of Washington, D.C. B.M.A.T.C., and Etruscan typewriter erasers. Blogged by David Gorsline.
Well, at least it's the first day of spring. Since Tuesday, there have
been purple and white crocus
popping their little heads through the tangle of last year's dead
vegetation in my front yard. The narcissus are showing frostbitten
fingers of green, but no blooms yet.
The only thing predictable about the cherry blossoms downtown is that
they won't be out for the festival.
