Saturday, October 1 will see more than two dozen
free walking tours at locations all over the city—Brookland, the
Anacostia River by bike, Embassy Row, Civil War battle site Fort Stevens,
and much more. The program, with the awkward moniker WalkingTown DC, is the
product of the non-profit Cultural Tourism DC.
