Recent spring arrivals at Huntley Meadows Park: Barn Swallow (Hirundo rustica), Northern Rough-Winged Swallow (Stelgidopteryx serripennis), Chimney Swift (Chaetura pelagica), Common Yellowthroat (Geothlypis trichas). We also saw a toasty-warm-plumaged Kildeer (Charadrius vociferus). Our first box of mergansers has hatched!
