A shout out to my former wife Anne, who recently received her Ph.D. in Plant Biology from Rutgers University. She's been studying fungal infections of highbush blueberry plants, something that the farmers of New Jersey care a lot about—in particular a wee beastie named Colletotrichum acutatum.
