sees:

Part (2,360) or P. Emeritus (582). As a symbol of the still existing glass
ceiling in academia, P. Emerita checks in with 262 hits.
For free searches of scholarly material,
he recommends instead the
Highwire Press Archive from Stanford University, currently in preview.
